Amazing place with reliable wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a lovely indoor swimming pool. I still remember how the staff helped my elderly parents with kindness during our first visit. Enjoy your stay and try the bar for a nice drink!

We enjoyed the hotel, it was good looking and comfortable and had excellent location adjacent to nice restaurants, Bournemouth beach & town center. The breakfast was great for what was on offer with ham, pork like ourselves plus mushroom.

I greatly enjoyed very very good breakfast, beautiful views.
The room was airy and nicely refurbished as I wanted. The bathroom was big and it had a shower, a hairdryer and bath sheets for my convenience.

Great location. Fast service. All wishes are taken into account. Everything (according to the age) very well maintained and clean.
At first I had a room near the elevator. It's very loud through this one. The pictures on the walls move when walking through the corridors (old building, all wood).

In overall, the place is impressive, has efficient and affable staff on reception desk. I have stayed in the standard queen room with a work desk, coffee/tea making equipment and a TV set. It's neat and the bed is comfy.

We had a lovely stay out of order for our visit.
When it was really warm outside we relaxed by its excellent pool. The location was magnificent, just a short walk away from Gallery.

I loved how close the hotel is to Lower Gardens, just a short walk that lets you enjoy the greenery, and I also appreciated being only five minutes from West Cliff beach, perfect for sunset walks after a day of exploring. The staff were kind and helpful.
